Clubhand-Konto löschen
Direkt in der App
Öffne Profil → Konto löschen und bestätige. Das Konto wird sofort gelöscht.
Oder per E-Mail
- Schreib eine E-Mail an [email protected] mit dem Betreff «Clubhand Konto löschen».
- Sende sie von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du bei Clubhand angemeldet bist (bei Google/Apple: die Adresse dieses Kontos). So können wir prüfen, dass der Antrag von dir kommt.
- Wir löschen dein Konto innert 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto: E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort, Name und Verknüpfung mit Google/Apple.
- Deine Eintragungen in Schichten.
- Vereine, deren einziger Inhaber du bist und in denen sonst niemand ein Konto hat, samt allen Anlässen und Schichten. Sind noch andere Mitglieder mit Konto im Verein, überträgst du zuerst die Inhaber-Rolle (Mitglieder → Person antippen).
Was bestehen bleiben kann
- Einträge, die ein Verein über dich führt (z. B. dein Name in dessen Mitgliederliste). Dafür ist der Verein verantwortlich; wende dich an ihn oder an uns, dann anonymisieren wir den Eintrag.
- Technische Protokolle werden nach spätestens 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht.
Delete your Clubhand account
In the app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm; the account is deleted immediately. Or by e-mail:
- E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Clubhand account deletion", sent from the e-mail address you use in Clubhand (for Google/Apple sign-in: that account's address).
- We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
Deleted: your account (e-mail, password, name, Google/Apple link), your shift sign-ups, and clubs where you are the only owner and nobody else has an account, including their events and shifts. If other members with an account remain, transfer ownership first (Members → tap the person). May remain: records a club keeps about you (the club is responsible; ask it or us to anonymise them); technical logs are deleted automatically within 90 days.
